  • It is estimated that over 640,000 tons of ghost nets are abandoned in the ocean each year, entangling marine creatures and polluting ecosystems.

  • We have recovered 3000 lbs of ghost nets in 2024.

  • 46% of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch consists of abandoned fishing equipment.
